Importing & Exporting Instructions
 
For the best import, make sure your file contains the following separated values: Name, Phone Number and Email Address. Please also remove any names without a phone number from your excel spreadsheet. Note: Please refrain from using commas in the Excel file.

  1. Login to your SimpleBlast account
  2. Go to the Phone Books tab
  3. Create a new phone Book or select an existing one
  4. Click Import CSV
  5. Select your exported CSV file type
  6. Click Browse
  7. Click Upload
  8. Review contacts
  9. Click Import
  10. View imported contacts under Phone Books tab

Export CSV File Instructions
To view instructions, select from the list below:

Outlook
Outlook Express (OE)
Hotmail
Gmail
Mary Kay InTouch Customer List
Mary Kay InTouch Consultants List

Yahoo Mail

To export contacts from your Yahoo Mail account to a CSV file, follow the instructions provided below:

  1. On your Yahoo! Mail page, click Options in the upper-right corner and select Mail Options
  2. From the Options list on the left side, click Contacts
  3. Under tools, click Export
  4. Follow the export set of instructions on this page. Please select the instruction according to the type of account you are exporting from
  5. Click Export Now and save the file to your desktop or preferred location on your computer
